Day by Day provides an array of services to adults with chronic illnesses, physical disabilities, dementia, and other problems that increase their care needs. Participants have an opportunity to interact socially with peers, share in community activities, enjoy breakfast and lunch, and receive dignified assistance with the activities of daily living.
