Directions:

From the South: Route 128 North to Gloucester. After Exit 12, cross over a bridge and you will come to a rotary. Go 1/2 way around and take the second exit, continuing on Rt.128 North.

At next rotary, go 3/4 of the way around taking your 3rd exit into Blackburn Industrial Park.

Follow road 1/2 mile and go right onto Blackburn Drive.

Follow Blackburn Drive about 1/4 mile .We are the last driveway on your right near the top of the hill. Look for a small brown sign at the entrance. As you enter the parking lot Day by Day Adult Care is the last door on the right.
